The Open Market · Live Wire
Current listings, with first access
Listings change by the hour, not by the article. The honest answer to "what is on the market right now" is: check the live feeds. Raquel Delly's active listings run on her website, her Zillow profile, and her Realtor.com profile, all updated from the same MLS clock. The links below go straight to the live data.

The Advantage · First Look
How clients see homes before the crowd
The public feeds show everything, eventually. Raquel's clients tend to see the good ones first, through saved searches that match their exact list: price, town, square footage, schools, and the things that matter to them. When a new listing hits the MLS at 9 a.m., the alert goes out at 9:01.
New construction moves even faster. Builders open releases to their lists before the general public hears about them, and being on Raquel's list means being on the builder's list she brings clients to. Spec homes at good prices rarely survive a full weekend.
And some opportunities never make the feeds. Off-market and pocket listings, sellers testing the waters, and homes her network knows about before the sign goes up: those only come from relationships, which is the part of the business Raquel has spent twelve years building.

Get the list before the feed
Tell Raquel what you want: town, price range, bedrooms, new construction or resale. She sets a saved search in the MLS that emails you the moment a match lists, and you decide how fast you want to move.

The Archive · Sold History
Behind the active market is a file cabinet of closings: 130 homes sold across both counties in twelve years, from first-time condos to lakefront West Bloomfield and new construction in Auburn Hills. Ask Raquel for recent comps in your area; the numbers are public record, and she reads them for a living.
